Tour Itinerary

Here is the tentative schedule of the tour. We are still having feasibility to customize the itinerary as per your schedule and requirements.

Day1 Arrival in Pahalgam

In the morning or afternoon (depending on your respective flight timings), upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a representative/driver outside the airport. From there, we will drive to Pahalgam via Pampore, Avantipura, and the village of Bijbehara, famously known as the breadbasket of Kashmir. On the way, you will pass the world-famous saffron fields.

We will switch from National Highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through Anantnag, the second-largest city in the region. Shortly after leaving Anantnag, we will visit the famous shrine at Ashmuqam. From here, the road becomes scenic as we drive parallel to the Lidder River, flowing in the opposite direction.

Upon arrival in Pahalgam, check in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day2 Pahalgam | Local Sightseeing

In Pahalgam, visit Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari by union cab (at your own cost). After sightseeing around the picturesque valleys, return to the hotel in Pahalgam for an overnight stay.

Aru Valley
Located around 12 km from Pahalgam and 11 km upstream from the Lidder River, Aru Valley is noted for its scenic meadows, lakes, and mountains. It serves as a base camp for trekking to Kolhoi Glacier and Tarsar Lake. The valley, situated on the left bank of the Aru River (a tributary of the Lidder River), is famous for its peaceful environment and scenic beauty. Popular tourist activities include trout fishing, trekking, hiking, horse riding, and photography.

Betaab Valley
Situated 15 km from Pahalgam, Betaab Valley is named after the hit Bollywood film Betaab starring Sunny Deol and Amrita Singh. Surrounded by lush green meadows, snow-clad mountains, and dense vegetation, the valley is a popular tourist destination and a favorite campsite for trekkers. The crystal-clear, chilly water of the stream flowing down from the snowy hills is a delightful sight.

Chandanwari
Located 16 km from Pahalgam, Chandanwari is the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra, which takes place every year in the month of Sawan (Rain). It is famous for snow sledging on a snow bridge. Visitors often enjoy snow fights here before sledging back down. On the way to Chandanwari, Hajan is an idyllic picnic spot and a filming location for several movies.

Return in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day3 Pahalgam to Gulmarg (148 km | 4-5 Hours)

After a leisurely breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Gulmarg via the bypass. Gulmarg, also known as the "Meadow of Flowers," is situated at an altitude of 8,700 feet. It is a renowned ski resort and home to the world’s highest 18-hole golf course.

Upon arrival in Gulmarg, check in at the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day4 Gulmarg | Local Sightseeing

After a leisurely breakfast, explore Gulmarg at your own pace. You can opt for a Gondola ride to the 1st or 2nd phase (at your own cost).

Gulmarg Gondola
The Gulmarg Gondola is one of the highest cable cars in the world, reaching 3,979 meters. It offers stunning views of Mount Affarwat and Nanga Parbat. For advanced skiers, the area provides excellent opportunities to ski down the 800-meter descent over a distance of 3 km.
