Terms and Conditions

The Goods and Service Tax of 5.0% on total package cost inclusive of Swachh Bharat Cess & Krishi Kalyan Cess applicable as on date, for the Tour cost of the Package, service tax rate are subject to change.
The GST is under consideration by the Government of India and as and when the same is enacted the same shall be applicable to you without any intimation.
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.

Payment Policy

20% Amount of the total package should be deposited after the final mail to confirm the package and remaining before 07 days of tour. In case of instant booking 100% payment should be deposited.
No booking will be held without a confirmation amount.
Once the package is confirmed cost will be final.
Package cost will be the final amount and no TAC or TDS will be given or deducted.
Any change in the package will lead to re-quote the package cost.
For 4 star and 5 star packages 40% of the package cost is required upfront as confirmation amount.
Invoice will be generated after receiving the full package amount.

A package shall be treated as confirmed after receiving 20% as token amount.

30% of the Package amount shall be paid within 10 working days of the token amount.

Final 50% of the Package amount shall be deposited 5days prior to the start of the tour.

In case of a near date Package:

If the Travel date is 25 to 30 days from the Package confirmation date:

The Package shall be treated as confirmed after receiving 50% of the Package amount
All bookings relating to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.
Balance 50% to be deposited 15 days prior to the start of the tour

Travel date is less than 15-25 days from the Package confirmation date:

The Package shall be treated as confirmed after receiving 70% of the Package amount as advance.
All bookings relating to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.
Balance 30% to be deposited 15 days prior to the start of the tour.

In case a Package is confirmed in less than 15 days of the tour date:

All bookings related to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.
